Rescue Your Inner Artist is a course designed to unleash the transformational power of your creativity in 4 modules that will guide you in owning your dreams, overcoming your fears, empowering your action and finding the support you need.



MODULE 1



RECONNECT TO YOUR DREAM



Art can be defined as any form of heart-driven expression.


In this session, with the help of your Inner Child, you will explore what this multifold definition of art means for you and rekindle the spark of your vocational dreams.



MODULE 2



OVERCOME YOUR FEARS



When you move beyond your comfort zone to create something new, your worst fears will likely get triggered.


In this session you will get familiar with the voice of your Inner Critic and learn how to handle it with the help of your Inner Mentor.



MODULE 3



TAKE
ACTION



For your dreams to become your life, you need to take meaningful and sustainable action.


In this session you will assess your risks and outline the series of small steps that will walk your towards your big dream.



MODULE 4



SUPPORT YOURSELF



How do you keep walking through the ups and downs of your artistic journey?


In this session you will learn how to avoid procrastination and how to deal with failure, criticism and cycles.

  • Four 2-hour weekly live sessions (1 session each week for 4 weeks) : so you can interact with like-minded individuals from anywhere in the world in real time.
  • Clear framework : a concrete action plan and self-discovery tools to reconnect with your creative dream and empower its realisation
  • Theory & Practice : every session includes time to experiment with meditation, visualisation, embodiment and journaling exercises so you can act right away before self-sabotage gets in the way

Do I have to be an artist to join?

No, you don't even need to want to be an artist. The course will help you discover what it means to live a more authentic and inner-driven life no matter your vocation.


What do I need to attend and how do I prepare for the sessions?

All you need is an internet connection. No special equipment, skill or experience is required for any of the sessions.


What happens if I miss a session?

Whilst this course is best enjoyed live, if you happen to miss a module you will receive a recording of the live session to watch in your own time.
